PROFESSIONAL MARKETING BACKGROUND

Hella has many years of advertising and public relations experience, much of it in Hawaii during the 20+ years she lived in Hawaii. This included large developments including Mililani Town when the first model homes were sold and, somewhat more recently, the Waikoloa Land Company to promote it's then new King's Shops on the Big Island of Hawaii.

But it was in California starting in 1997, that Hella realized the significance of the Internet and assisted major clients to get aligned to take advantage of this marketing bonanza.  These clients included hotels, art galleries, large non-profits such as the Big Sur Land Trust and several small cities such as the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea (Hella and her company developed the first website for this and other Central California cities).

Since 2006, Hella has used all her marketing expertise in her own real estate business that now include a brokerage in both California and Hawaii.
